Check-in / check-out :
Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am. We will try wherever possible to accommodate early arrival and/or late departure.

Deposit & final payment
- A deposit of 50% of the Total Charge for accommodation are to be paid with confirmation of the booking.
(Peak periods : The full tariff is charged 30 days prior to arrival. Including Christmas New Year period and Easter.)Payments can be made by direct debit into our account or by credit card. Any bank charges to be paid by person making the booking.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If paying by EFT please arrange for the funds to be transferred 14 days prior to arrival. A valid Credit Card is required for security on all bookings made.

Cancellation policy :
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days prior to arrival at no charge. A full cancellation fee of 100% of the booking tariff applies if you cancel your booking within 14 days prior to arrival and no-shows.

Wifi :
Yamba Views provide guests with free wifi internet. The operation of any internet connection during this reservation is not guaranteed and may be disrupted or not available. We offer this service on a fair use policy.

Behaviour & noise policy
We are located in a residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated after 10.00pm. A charge of $200 will apply if management deem it necessary to ask guests to cease unreasonable noise after 10.00pm. We have a “No Party” policy, whereby group bookings and gatherings are not accepted.
We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable. A security company or police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any charges incurred by the security company or police will be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking.

Additional charges :
Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder.

Lost key policy :
Keys that are not returned will be charged to the credit card supplied. A $25 charge will apply if keys are lost.

Smoking :
All rooms and shared spaces are non-smoking including decks, poolside and outdoor dining areas. A designated area is provided for guests who wish to smoke. Any traces of residual smoke inside will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200. Any additional costs of cleaning soft furnishings may be added as deemed necessary by management.

Pets :
Pets are not permitted in the grounds of the property.

Schoolies policy :
Sorry we do not accept schoolies reservations.

Early departure :
No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided.

Trading terms :
Yamba Views reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met.

Force majeure :
Yamba Views will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Yamba Views.

Governing law :
The Law of New South Wales governs your use and occupation of the property during this reservation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

Liability :
Yamba Views shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of (or inability to use) this website or its contents.
